Deb Denis and Linda Pennington created the Athena Project, LP in 2009 with a focus on increasing wisdom in ways that foster innovation and creativity but that are also affordable.
Through a powerful combination of one-on-one coaching and experiential cohort learning, the Athena Project develops leaders for today, tomorrow and beyond.
Deb Denis MS, CPC, PCC, is an Executive Coach and Organizational Consultant who has worked with hundreds of clients at varying levels within many industries. Deb has a B.A. in Communications cum laude from Villanova University where she is now Adjunct Faculty, and an M.S. in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania where she has served as Instructor and Guest Lecturer in courses on coaching and team building.
Linda Pennington MS, PCC, is an Executive Coach and Organizational Consultant to a variety of businesses, professional service firms, and non-profit organizations, providing coaching, team coaching, writing coaching, and leadership training. Linda earned her M.S. in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and serves as an Instructor and Guest Lecturer in coaching, writing skills, and team building. She is pursuing her Ph.D. in Human Development at Fielding University in California.
